If you bought a propane-tank-mounted heater from Harbor Freight Tools in the past five years, you may be affected by a just-announced federal safety recall due to a burn hazard. The Consumer Product Safety Commission on July 21 reported that it is recalling some 350,000 of the devices sold by the Calabasas, Calif.-based equipment retailer, including One Stop Gardens 15,000 BTU and 30,000 BTU Tank Top Propane Heaters.
