No. We have a third-party vendor that handles drug testing, background and driving screenings. You will work through them to complete this portion of enrollment into our network.

No. As a network contractor you will be given a preauthorization for jobs under a defined dollar amount. Anything over that amount will require that you call in to our 24-hour contact center for job authorization.

Absolutely! While our Fast Pay program is the fastest way to get paid, we also offer direct deposit and check payment options.

We are not a lead generation service, and we do not take a percentage of your jobs. We offer protection plans to homeowners and partner with independent contractors to provide covered repairs and maintenance. We pay you directly for the work you do for us.

There is no financial penalty if you decide you would like to end the partnership with HomeServe.
